Article 4. The Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – “Selena,” provides information about the goods/services and guarantees the rights of the users, as stipulated by law, within the framework of good faith, accepted practices, and criteria of consumer or commercial law.

(2) Under the contract concluded with the users for the sale of goods/services, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – “Selena,” is obliged to transfer ownership of the goods specified by the user and provide the services specified by the user.
(3) Users pay the provider compensation for the goods/services delivered according to the conditions specified on the website and these general terms and conditions. The compensation is in the amount of the price announced by the provider.
Article 6. (1) The user and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – “Selena,” agree that all statements between them regarding the conclusion and execution of the sales contract can be made electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Article 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.

(1) By clicking the confirmation button for the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy on https://wed.selenabulgaria.com, the User declares that they are familiar with these terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy, agrees with their content, and undertakes to unconditionally comply with them.
V. Special Obligations of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena". Consumer Protection
Article 8. The rules of this section VI of these terms and conditions apply to Users who, based on the information provided for the conclusion of the sales contract or during registration on the website, can be deemed consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and/or Directive 2011/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council from October 25, 2011.
Article 9. (1) The main characteristics of the goods/services offered by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" are specified in the profile of each good/service on the website.
(2) The price of the goods/services, including all taxes, is determined by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" in the profile of each good/service on the website.
(3) Users agree that all information required by the Consumer Protection Act may be provided through the interface of the platform on the website or by email.
Article 16. (1) The Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" provides goods/services to the consumer after verifying compliance with the requirements for providing information to the consumer in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
(2) The Consumer and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" agree that the requirements under paragraph 1 will be met if the verification is carried out by a person who, based on the circumstances, can be deemed to deliver the information to the consumer – a party to the contract.
VI. Protection of Personal Data
Article 17. (1) The Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" takes measures to protect the personal data of the User in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
(2) For security reasons concerning the personal data of the Users, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" will send the data only to the email address provided by the Users.
(3) The Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" adopts and publishes a Personal Data Protection Policy on its website.
(4) Users agree that the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" has the right to process their personal data as necessary for the execution of the contract.
Article 18. At any time, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena" has the right to request that the User verify their identity and confirm the authenticity of actions performed on the website.
VII. Modification and Access to the Terms and Conditions
Article 19. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – "Selena."
